Welcome to Handei Digital! These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the services provided by Handei Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Handei Digital provides web design, development, and digital marketing services.
- Specific terms and conditions may apply to different services, and these will be communicated to you at the time of service engagement.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as necessary for us to provide our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms, including fees and payment schedules, will be outlined in the service agreement provided to you.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule to avoid service interruptions.
4. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the services we provide, including designs, code, and content, remain with Handei Digital until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client will be granted a license to use the intellectual property as outlined in the service agreement.
5. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
- Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return any materials provided by Handei Digital.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Handei Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount you paid us.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
